VLOGGING!

My dog, Kinney, just for some added cuteness to this blog post!
I am a self-confessed YouTube addict. It all started quite a few years ago with my love for DailyGrace. She was the only 'YouTuber' I watched for years, before I realised there was an entire community and sub-communities (beauty, baby, lifestyle, food etc etc!). I still love Grace, now over on new channel It's Grace, but just over a year ago I suddenly found loads more people to watch. This is where my re-booted interest in beauty came from and an unhealthy need to buy all the things ever (sadly not possible on a student budget). Out of all the different types of videos I watch, from beauty with Viviannadoesmakeup and Tanya Burr, to comedy from Mamrie Hart and Grace, to the darn right odd-but-talented AutoTunes by Flula, my favourite type of video are day-in-the-life VLOGS!

Now this is probably because I'm just nosey, but I also really love the idea of catching things on video and having memories preserved and available to re-live. This is why I am attempting, with my boyfriend, Charlie, to make some vlogs of our own! Yay how exciting. I'm not sure yet how regular these will be because I'm not going to film boring things that happen on a daily basis, but we will see how things go!

Here is our first one, which was our last day in my hometown, Shrewsbury. We were silly on our walk into town, had a quick peek in the new Shrewsbury museum, I got some really exciting news (separate blog post coming up about that soon - hint: I have something awesome to do when I finish uni!!), and a little trip to the vet.

Whose day-in-the-life style vlogs do you love watching? Don't worry, we're all nosey really!

CROMWELLS, SHREWSBURY.

Dinner. There is nothing I love more than food, whether that is cooking it or going out for meals. This time it was the latter and it was a corker. Charlie and I were in my hometown, Shrewsbury for New Year and his birthday is also on New Year's day, so we decided to have a nice meal out. I haven't been in Shrewsbury much for the past couple of years so didn't really know where was good, but after a few recommendations and popping in for a nosey, Cromwells looked promising.
